Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. If you can click through your own store, you can run a test. You record the journey in a browser and we handle everything else.

Will testing take my site down?

That's the point of a controlled test, to find your limit safely. You choose the load, and a Breaking Point test stops automatically once your site starts struggling.

Is the traffic realistic?

Yes. Every virtual visitor uses a real browser user-agent, a mix of mobile and desktop, realistic think-time between clicks and its own session, so your server sees traffic that behaves like real users, not a simple flood.

How long does a test take?

Most tests finish in about 10-15 minutes including setup. You watch it live and get a shareable report at the end.
